Offers low and no-cost mammograms to women over the age of 40 and up to 185% of the federal poverty level (FPL) who are uninsured. The Navigating Our Women (NOW) program has a Patient Navigator to establish a database, call women to schedule clinical breast exams, screening programs, schedule free transportation, and include breast health education in our CHCI waiting rooms and/or patient visits. If a woman is in need of additional imaging, the Patient Navigator makes referrals, schedules appointments, and provides support during the process. CHCI currently paticipates in the Oklahoma State Department of Health's Take Charge! program for screening mammography services and pap testing for the BCCEDP.
