Clinica de la Mujer Latina is a program to encourage Hispanic women to participate in health education programsand preventive screenings for breast and cervical cancer. Since May 1999, Clinica de la Mujer Latina services provide screening opportunities for breast and cervical cancer to Latina women that otherwise would not obtain the services. The Clinica de la Mujer Latina program has been implemented through a multiple partnership between the LCDA, the Oklahoma State Department of Health (OSDH), Take Charge! program with funding from the Central & Western Oklahoma Affiliate of Susan G.
